Unfortunately my country is not on the paypal's list of countries with full support and so i cannot receive any payments. So i thought if it's possible to open a bank account in the US, or maybe UK that would be used for paypal only.
Is this possible or not?

You need to be in the country you want to open your bank account in. As well as that you need things like proof of address and in some cases your passport.

So I doubt it mate.

You can open a US bank account. Try ValisInternational - great services. We use them a couple of years now.

If you're earning enough you could make a UK Limited corporation - there are agents which it can be done through for approx. $2000-$4000 dependent on which services you require.

Or you could get a US, Delaware IBC (International Business Company) for prices like the UK Ltd. But be aware that by getting such an IBC in Delaware will make you responsible for your actions like if you were a US resident - so you might re-think that.

Note that this is just what I remember from previous research so check it further...
