NetTracker is pretty cool. I came really close to buying that, but bought Urchin (later bought by Google) when I got pissed off at WebTrends. I'm talking about the file analyzers, not the real time programs. If I were buying today, I might still consider whatever Google is calling their Urchin dedicated (runs on my own server), or NetTracker.
I think Google Analytics is way too limited. Who only tracks the top five or so links, keywords, etc? I have been playing with HitsLink from Net Applications and it is not bad. Stats don't agree with our server side programs, but they are much more detailed than Google and not an arm and a leg like other real time services.
