Well, you could use the standard 10x month's revenue model and say it is worth $1050. That seems to be a good starting point. If demand is high, the price will go up. Otherwise, you just won't sell.

Also, I was looking at the site in your sig. That is a great blending job on your Adsense ads. Way to go on that.

myspace sites may not sell for as much as other sites though. Unless all traffic isnt exempt of spamming on myspace (this of course assumes the site your selling is the one in your signiture)

I check SP every here and then too see how much are sites worth judging on the traffic and revenue but i realy don't see a pattern there. Didn't know 10 months revenue is a standard for judging site's value, thanks!
About the ads, yeah i tried to do the most i could but i still get low CTR wich is never higher than 1%

I'm focusing more on SE traffic, so far 20% of the site's traffic is coming from SE's, mostly msn search.

How long has the site been up? Usually people like sites that have been making a consitent amount of revenue for 3-4 months or so.

I'd say put it at a BIN of 1,000 and Have a starting bid of something like 200-300. Usually, not a lot of people buy sites 1,000 or over, unless it's something really unique.
