Has anyone tried the video ads? And what does it take to get them on your site?

I've had them appear on my site in early July but I think Google was just testing them for a bit. They appeared a lot on my video pages so my CTR was way up those days

Earnings from Video ads are more difficult. Or that's what I think. The users must CLICK the link below the video ads, just viewing the ads wont get you $. It's great for advertisers but not for publishers.
