I am now really interested in larger more established websites ($10000-50000) but these seems to rarely available. Besides eBay and sitepoint, I wonder are there any other places that deals with high priced websites? I wonder if anybody have used a website broker?

make sure they are not just fooling you. Dont just ask for stats. ring them up on the phone and ask if you can log in to view stats, you will be suprise to see that people who are honest will let you do this and will make you feel more comfortable about your purchase.

dont get fooled in by those idiots out there who spend an hour uploading templates and fake screen shots and tell they make $2000 a day when you do a who is the website is only been created 2 weeks before. People get sucked in all the time by this. Do your research and prove the website is florishing and you wont look back.

Another thing to watch out for, although the website design may be tweaked watch out for buying websites/content which claim to be unique but actually are not (turnkey's etc)
