Chinese people pay using online banking in CNY so you need to find a company who accepts CNY and pay their affiliates in USD. As fas as I know, there is no such a company. There are only companies who accept CNY and pay CNY (like ebay China, Amazon China, etc) and companies who accept USD and pay USD (like Skype & Mediaplazza).
