First, to want anyone to help you, you could use formal English when asking us. Afterall, this is a business oriented forum with business minded people. It is okay if English isn't your natural language, but using abbreviations for the word 'please' just makes you come out unprofessional. Secondly, please don't type with capslock on, hopefully it was a mistake. Third, use Google to search about monetizing your website. From looking at your website, the Google Ad placements are in horrible places without blending. Move the footer ad up above the fold-line, and blend in the advertisements.
