I would charge them $9 per month on a PR3 page on my PR5 site.

TIP: And if you wrap the text links with relevant content, you have the right to ask for bigger price, because search engines adore when the link is wrapped with good content.

Well that question is completely relevant to the site, traffic, number of other links, PR, and about 1000 other factors.

I charge anywhere from $50-300/mo depending on the site and link location.
