Whom would you qualify as top AdSense educator/teacher/guru from your personal experience? The one you are proud of being the part of his/her list.

(and that can be not only AdSense, can be any other monetization business)

This is not mere interest, so your true answers will help a lot.

The blogosphere. Obviously not one person, but a collection of people, many of whom have decent suggestions on how to improve your Adsense placement, style and size.

As for me it's Steve Palvina. He makes 300$ a day with AdSense. Now as far as I know he has not spend a dime in advertising and marketing. But then all can't write as good as he does.

Yeah, but Steve doesn't say anything about adsense other than that he makes $300 a day. He doesn't talk about layouts, he doesn't talk about CTRs, he doesn't talk about niches, so he isn't much of an AdSense teacher.

we have to ask ourselves:
1) Are we looking for tips to produce a bunch of spam pages that will earn us clicks?
2) Are we producing a quality site that attracts repeat visitors and grows?

#2 is going to be much more successful in the long run. People like shoemoney are an exception, not a rule. #1 is not what it is all cracked up to be.

dvduval, let the big CONTENT be with you forever and on all your sites shine in its versatile power.

BUT

Would you really reject the chance to get fully automated solution that will be producing sites with the integrated self-promotion mechanisms? Like a restless robot. And with quality information automatically integrated into the sites?

Actually this is close to spam as you do not sweat the whole day over the sites, but I think you will not reject the chance to get 1000 sites up within 2 weeks. Even for the sake of having extra 1000 sites.

Adsense is just a matter of duplication. You pick a topic (keyword.) Do some searches in google around the keyword and variations of the keyword to see if there are a few pages in google displaying the adwords ads.

If you find in your searches there are only a couple of ads on page 1 then your payout may be just a few cents, if you find there are ads on pages 5 and over then the payout may be closer in the dollar(s) range but competition will be tough.

Many use wordtracker for keyword research. What this does is give you variations of your keywords (and relative keywords as well) and shows you how much pages in the SE's are optimized for that keyword. You are just trying to go after the least competitive keywords first and then eventually work your way up to the more competitive keywords. You can do some searches in the search engines for keywords and see how the actual competition looks.

Then you build pages for the keywords. The placement of the adsense block becomes important now. Generally placement above the fold of the page has the largest potential for the most clicks. But this is not a hard and fast rule. If you have informative articles on your site then it might be better to have your text wrap around the ads or even at the bottom of the article as the reader, after reading, looks for a link to exit. No one can tell you the exact ad placement on your site to give the highest CTR you have to TEST this for yourself. Various ad placement can increase CTR's by 10, 20% or more.

Removing the borders around the ads and letting the color blend with your content to make the ads not look like ads helps as well.

Of course the most important thing is getting traffic to the site. When you have tested ad placement to yield a CTR that you are comfortable with, then get more traffic to your site.

To get short term traffic one needs page building software, blog and ping and various link spamming methods for shert term indexing.

To get long term high placement in the SE's one needs TIME, good relevant content (original will be best) and relevant backlinks building up over time.If you provide good quality content you will develop more backlinks as more people will link to your site naturally. You can also submit articles, press releases and add content to the site consistently using a blog or other CMS.

All of this is developing a SYSTEM for site building and promotion. You then simply DUPLICATE this. As you can see doing it this way your one limitation will be TIME. If you are doing it alone you may get yourself to a good income but there will be a cap. People who are making serious money with adsense buy software for automation and OUTSOURCE a lot of the work to other people.

They hire people to do keyword research, build sites, write content etc. So they have more time to pursue other money making activities.

Whenever you hear someone making very high 5 or 6 figures a month in adsense it is really that they use the power of DUPLICATION and OUTSOURCING.

TEST and see what works, and then duplicate this. When money flows in outsource some or many of your tasks.

There was a time in 2004, 2005 when one could just put up some software generated sites and make five and six figures a month in adsense but that window is almost closed as the SE's are dropping sites left, right and center. Only those who can afford to build thousands of sites and blogs and spend rediculous money on dedicated servers are surviving.
