i dont know what you want to do. Your site obviously has no content on it, and infact visitors wont see your site so how would you deploy CPC ads?

make an ad for Free Dish Network or something and drive it to your site? then pay for it to show, people click, they are taken to your site, then to the CPA site...

adwords is ppc. make sure u pay less for the click than what u get per action

Does this stuff really work on a small scale? Like will having one or two PPC/CPA setups do you any good or do you need to have literally hundreds or thousands setup to make it worth your while?
