I am on their biggest plan right now and LOVE the service. It immediately within the first 30 minutes of use showed me some things I needed to move around on my sites. The guys that run it are also great to deal with!

I think the "Flash" Soultrance is referring to is AJAX... as far as I can tell, there's no Flash anywhere on their site

CrazyEgg is great service, love to positioning ads to more visible places it really helps

It's an interesting service but the stats pages are extremely slow at loading, at times even times out.

Yeah, they are working on that. They are doing their best to update and keep up with demand. My best advice is to stick with it and it will get better.
