If you havn't already, Incorperate your business. Use the money to setup a legal entity to minimize your tax burden, then reinvest the rest back into your business. I' going through a company online to do it now.

go legit!

I would either save it or invest it into something I know I would get a hefty return.

There's really only 2 options for me

If you're not going to use ti to advertise, enhance, or grow your old sites then invest it in new ones. If you're buying established sites instead of building a custom one watch out for scammers, ask for proof, and really think about how you're going to earn an ROI. Why is the owner selling it? What can you do that you know for fact he/she hasn't done that will make the site more profitable.

I said MORE profitable because if the site isn't making money already there is no need to buy it. Just build your own and do it better.

So $700 isn't enought to retire on? Maybe I need to raise my financial goals...

On a serious note, I'd reinvest in new sites. Probably pay some content writers, buy a few domains and pay for hosting.

$700 turned into $1000, I'm really happy with selling my sites.

Unfortunately, my pc has died so I need to buy a new one, so I won't have much money left.

I think I'll invest in a new project whilst adding to my current ones.
