I sold two small sites and gave $700 to play with. I may have more funds coming my way so this amount is flexible.

Invest in my other sites? Start new sites?

Well I'd put it into your curent forum, be it with Software, Skin, Graphics, Domain, Hosting or whatever!

You might not use it all up that way, so you could save some for later use...

I'd recommend investing it into your education. Start with the business basics. Form there, work on learning to do a business plan. When you get to the point where you're comfortable enough to write a business plan, you won't need to ask questions like "what should I do with $700" anymore.
