I will soon have to put my site down for 4 days, and I really hate to do it, but it's the only option:crying:

Anyway, this "error" page will probably get over 50.000 pageviews. I know I'm not allowed to use adsense on this page, but is there anything else I can do to make some money from this page?

Actually you might want to try affiliate programs that do not have as strict of a TOS. I am not sure of any but I know there are some out there that just have a link you use and other than spam they don't care what you do with it. Good luck finding something I will keep my eye open. ~John

Leave a page with an affiliate ad up or even better a CPM network like valueclick.

Leave an "article" about the page being down, the perils of web hosting, some sort of "tips and advice" about managing downtime then stick adsense on it
