Anyone using this? Any sites on how to optimize or explains how things are run?

AFF stopped working for me. I guess they're oversaturated, I use another datingsponsor now with better success (pm me for a link). I send them my 404 traffic. Doesn't make much but better than to waste all my "crap traffic"

AFF is used mostly by porn or entertainment sites....dating converts on lots of different traffic genres.

But you can build dating sites too, competition is pretty stiff though

I'd much prefer using dating sites over adult friend finder. There's much more success especially using match.com (Dr Phil is a part of this site too)

I've heard the samething about AFF being oversaturated. Dating sites like True.com or Match.com have a higher conversion rate.

yep. i used to use AFF on a very busy site i got - but the conversion was not good. I changed to match.com and doubled my income.
