Does anybody know if you can change azoogle managers?

My manager NEVER replys to my emails EVER.. Takes him like 3 days to reply to an email and it ends up being 1 sentence..

I am currently wondering if one of my offers is not counting all my stats because it has over 400 clicks on ti already this month and no leads what so ever yet another offer I have has only 4 clicks and 2 signups..

I emailed my manager and he just doesn't respond to me.. Is everybody getting this kind of treatment?

I would really like to switch up managers to somebody who will respond quickly to my emails so I can get things done..

I feel like I am missing out on a lot of money because of this one offer that isn't working..

He said he was going to get a "tech" to look into it but hasn't replied back to me as to whats going on and it has been like 3 days already.. I have emailed him a few times since then wondering what the progress in it is and have recieved nothing back from him..

What do you guys think?

Have you added him/her to your instant messenger?

So far my manager has been very responsive. Much more than any other ad company rep.

ya right.. Do you actually think he would be on IM if he doesn't even respond to emails?

And he didn't say anything about adding him to IM so I wouldn't know what address to add him to.. I guess I could take a shot in the dark and just add the @azoogle.com address but I would do most of my emailing at work and I can't have IM open at work.. Only email..

Most AzoogleAds managers have AIM and it should be visible somewhere from your account. My account manager is awesome, and I have no complaints at all!
