Credit cards are awesome IF you use them correctly. I run a site about getting cheaper gas ( www.cheatgasprices.com ), now to some it may seem like a load of crap, however if you follow exactly what it says you really can save a few bucks on gas by using a gas credit card. That's just one example, I've got a good friend out in Cali that runs a business with about 3-4 stores he uses an airlines credit card for all his purchases and then pays them off at the end of each month. He never uses cash to make purchases. He racks up the air milage and doesn't pay a dime in interest.
