It's not default in vBulletin if that's what you mean. It's a custom mod that Lee or one of the admins here set up themselves. It's pretty easy to do if you know your way around vB, but good luck trying to compete with EF unless you are also making $100k a month....

They designed their badge and uploaded it for users to wear to represent their monthly income. There is a place to apply for a badge as well.
