Adsense can have a problem if you dont have enough content/info on the page. Embed some info like, what is a proxy, how it works and you should get better targetted and better paying ads.

(as most proxies just have a proxy form with little content, meta description/keywords isnt always enough)

With 700~ uniques daily ... you should be earning $10+ daily if the visitors are actually visiting ...

I'd be willing to help you if I gained a cut in earnings...

My CTR on my proxies is averaging at 4%.

I average over 5% CTR with over 1000 uniques visiting the proxy mainpage and usually earn around $5 a day.

Please help me to understand this. What is "adding a proxy site"? Are you setting up a site where you list live proxies that you have scanned and want people to visit? Or are you providing Proxy capabilities and the user clicks "through" on your server?

Another question: when you scan for your proxies, what timeout limit do you set? (i.e. only proxies with a latency under XX seconds).
