Yeah, I guess it makes it a bit harder when you are in the US (assuming you are), for me I play in a lot of fairly high profile poker tournaments in Australia so can do a lot of offline marketing.
Hopefully common sense will prevail sooner rather than later and the US markets may open up again.
I dont think they will, but then again you never know.
dont worry about us states....i would focus on places like europe and india and china, those guys go gaaa gaaa over gambling and going to the casino and winning up big....its a pretty big market.

Actually the law is on online transactions dealing transfer of money within US territories (especially those that are going out from US). There are still online casinos in the US and they tolerate them as long as the money stays within US or is going into US.
There is a growing impression that US Online Casino industry will be thriving in a few years with home grown online casinos - that is US owned and operated. So those in affiliate marketing for these online casinos may be in a good position to make a push sometime soon.
