Currently my Wii blog/site is recieving quite a lot of traffic, about 500-600 uniques a day at the minute, but I really don't know how I should turn this traffic into revenue for the site.

Last month I made $13 from selling text links on the site, mainly because I sold them for a lot less than I should have. This month I've made so far $22 from selling text links, and another $10 from TLA. I've also added links to Amazon, but so far I've got no purchases.

So what should I do to properly monetize the site?

Ad some contextual (AdSense) to the mix as well. You will need to target your customers more as well. What is the site? PM me if you don't want it publci.

Ok, looking at your profile I can see that it is http://www.WiiSpin.com

Since you're using WordPress, I definitely suggest the AdSense plugin. Here's how I use it (http://www.jaygeiger.com/index.php/2...s-20-plugins/).

Since you have a product related site, you should look at ShoeMoney's ads (http://www.shoemoney.com), their eBay ads might really fit your site.

Also you need to target your products better and include them on page. (http://www.thetechzone.com/ might be a good example)

OK, thanks for the advice Geiger, I'll probably add AdSense with the AdSense plugin in the next couple of days. Any other ideas?

You might want to consider RSS and collecting email addresses for future return traffic.

Yes, get protected. Don't let your adsense account get disable because some bozo decided to click away at your adsense ads there by causing invalid clicks which we all know leads to a WITHOUT NOTICE-account disabled email from none other than Google.
