Hello all,

Great forum.

I started a video community that launched 9 days ago. It is a niche site. It's called FarsiTube, a youtube of sorts for persian/iranian related videos.

All marketing has been viral... I'm getting about 4000 page views and $20-$25 a day. One of the reasons I'm earning decent is because of the integrated/blended adsense on the video listing pages. However, AdSense might come after me for this so I'm looking for more ways to integrate ads successfully.

On the video listing pages, there are 3 ads. The random videos one, and 2 in the listings.

On the video player pages, there is just the right hand column of ads.

Any ideas for further monetization?

Think about your target market - the people that are viewing your
site. How old are they? Where are they from? What do they like
doing and where do they hang out? What else is in fashion right
now, and what are they buying in the real world?

Your job of monetizing the traffic is really working out what your
traffic wants, and then selling it to them. Ads are one way of doing
it, but think about possibly signing up for a few affiliate programs.

You could even run a weekly newsletter of the best (most viewed)
videos on the site, and then promote affiliate (or your own...)
products to the list.
