I've got 6 domains and one of them I use for my actual site, the other five are just forwarded to the main domain via domain forwarding through GoDaddy. However, here lately I've been thinking there has got to be some way to if not make money off them at least have an SEO benefit from them for my main site.

I've considered using the domains to create very small sites with a few articles pertaining to my topic of the main site then have links linked not only to the main site but my other small sites with the remaining domains. Within those articles maybe add a few Adsense ads or CPA ads.

I guess my question is - would this be worth doing, am I going to see any benefit in SEO at all from this or am I better off just letting the domains sit there and forward to my main site as they are now?

Hi Woodie55, Its always good to generate income from your available resources. I'd say go for it!

There will be little to no SEO benefit of doing this. I'd either park them, develop them separately or just leave them fowarded like you have now.

Yeah I agree. I would say develop them one at a time, and make some passive income.

I have 20 or so domains without content. One of these days my plan is to build them into mini sites.

Unless people type the domain in the address bar, I don't think there is much (or any) SEO benefit.
