I'd like to find some type of advertising that uses paypal.

I don't really know what cpa cpm is ?

I'd like to use something like adwords but that takes paypal as payment.

I have a 2 part questions..

1, what type of advertising will take paypal as payment ?

2, what would be the best type of advertising for a site like mine ( vbulletin help site )
so I would like to only get vBulletin owners visiting my site..

Your best bet may be private advertisings (text links) on community admin sites, and/or other vbulletin sites.

Stay active on sites like vb.org, and other similar sites, helping people out here and there. Get the site known that way.

This is what I've tried to do so far, I've purchased a few links on bigger admin sites, I'd like to get one here but it's way out of my price range right now

As far as helping out, This has been most helpful

I visit about 15 forums a day and post and try and help other with vb questions, not sure if I can fit any more in..lol

I'll keep doing what I'm doing, I just thought there might be some better ways . I see my competitions ads all over google and considered paying for ads. So far my SEO work has been getting me good placements where their ads are going.
