Well there's one popular ppc program that people use. It's BidVertiser. A lot of people use it because there's a very low payout through PayPal. It's just that you don't get as much for clicks as you would with other programs.

Yes, Bidvertiser pays via Paypal, but I'm don't know if they are good or not.

I used them a while back. The contextual targeting was a bit pants, so
I think they don't have a very wide range of available ads.

They may work well for your niche though. It can't hurt to give them a
trial run for a few weeks.

I use bidvertiser because of the low paypal payout ($10).

The ads aren't very targeted. So if you have a niche that would get 5-10 cent ads on one of the major ppc programs and your visitors don't read very well, you'll probably make just as much or maybe a little more with bidvertiser. (E.g: Arcades) Otherwise, you'll probably make more with another network. So if Adsense meets your needs or you can get into YPN, you'll do better with them.
