I read on one of the FAQ pages by the Administrator Lee about going after niches with a few dozen well paying keywords that pay more than $3-4 a click on the PPC side. What does that mean? I understand finding keywords that aren't as saturated using one of those keyword tools but what does the $3-4 a click mean?

What he's saying is that you should target high paying keywords when setting up a site using Adsense in order to monetize.
