I wonder if it's possible to have google adsense ads AND pop-unders from clicksor for example. Is that against their TOS?

Running only their popunders is fine...Clicksor popunders are annoying full page ones though.

I am sure under current Google T&C you cannot put adsense on pages with Pop's
