I have never tried these before, always managed ads myself, running rotations of private ads, TF, Burst, Adsense, blah blah blah.

I really don't want to spend the time dealing with private ads anymore, and tinkering with ad networks, adsense, and all that stuff. I feel like my time needs to be better spent working on other things.

Now, what ad agencies are out there that work and pay well? And is the cut they get off the ads worth it to not have to mess with advertising anymore?

I've heard a lot of good things about Advolcano ( http://www.advolcano.com ). And of course the ever-popular Text Link Ads ( http://www.text-link-ads.com ).
