Yeah, "Free" or even "No-Charge" is usually not allowed. With Azoogle, the "The only acceptable terms are Complimentary and Bonus." Just so you know for sure, it'd suck to make a few leads and get it taken away due to wording..
I do believe the Britney Spears Screensavers are a good idea to start off with. If that works out well, great. If not, I would suggest trying a ringtones..
