Right but I suppose I'm more wondering where this reputation came from? I mean I know he's got a photo of a hefty adsense check and wrote that article about how he made money with ringtones... but is that it? I'll admit I've only been reading his blog for about a year so maybe I missed something.
I never really got it either. I just think he was one of the first to flaunt their checks which equals instant credibility with other online publishers for some reason.
Too bad you guys are raking all those sales in and support isn't even responding.
Glad to hear he's working on improving things in that area. I know it can be very hard to keep on top of everything, although I can only feel so sympathetic since it's standard practice for me to sacrifice sleep, meals, and entertainment to handle every last email or support question I have. It might be a $30 sale or even a free copy, happy customers are my #1 goal. Everything else follows.
I can't imagine having that much volume and no budget to even check support emails daily. It is still new though. I might give it a try on some sites as things improve down the road.

I've had a few problems with the targeting of the ads on a couple of sites, and I'm sure thats not helping my earnings, but all in all, I'd say the auctionads experience has been pretty good for me so far.
Jeremy didnt expect this kind of growth, and was not staffed or set up for this as far as hardware. Once they get a few more servers online and get a handle on the programming issues, they should be caught up and able to do better.
