No it won't. But I heard before that putting Adsense ads on your site will your site indexed quickly.

BUt Matt cutt recent policy says that paid links can hurt yout serp's both sites which will show paid links or buy paid links

Unfortunately the issues with Matt Cutt's lay in that he says what Google "wants him to say" and not "what is". Just remember to test, test ,test.

Adsense ads and getting into the Googles index is 2 totally different things. They use different robots and are not related so you will not get index quicker Finandom.

Google doesn't want you to run paid advertising unless of course it's their own advertising model and it can be reported to Google somewhere I think withiin Google sitemaps but I've yet to or see anyone who has been penalised for it yet!
