What will you do in case you receive a message like this after suspended a fraud account of your website?

"help me restore and paid if you don't want your site >> Ddos. i and my group can. Sure !!!"

I don't understand your question or the message. Are you a host that turned off an account and the person is now threatening you?

If so, contact your datacenter to report the possible attempts. Make sure you have security measures in place.

Otherwise, I'm not sure? Maybe someone else has more ideas.

Sounds to me like the OP suspended a user who is now threatening to hack or otherwise do harm to the site if the account isn't restored.

Cyberblackmail.

Exactly like what you 2 mentioned and I already reported to the datacenter.

Actually I suppose datacenter already equip with firewall, they shouldn't worry about such incident right?
