I plan on having multiple websites that all except credit card payments.

I would like them all seperate. I would start off with paypal.

How would I do it so all sites go to a different paypal account? Would I have to have to create another DBA?

I dont think so. Simply create different paypal ID. I dont know if I clearly understand how you need to create new DBA for that

The only problem is that PayPal will not allow you to link one bank account or credit card to multiple PayPal accounts.

I have my personal PayPal account and then a company "umbrella" account.

I think you can only have 2 PayPal accounts per household, one business, one personal. I have two. Each are set up with different banks, but only one is set up with a Virtual Terminal to accept major credit cards directly.

yes two per house hold

I have two and have had them for years. so you can link them to totally different bank accounts.
