I'm trying to build my site, mainly from getting people to sign up for my programs that are listed. I'm getting some signups, but not what I'd like. I have a GoDaddy account, FreebiesHeaven.com, that leads to my main site. The Freebies site was just for the name, and then I redirect to my main site. Can you look at it and tell me what to do. I know that its not exactly close to being very good at all, so please be nice. I want some good suggestions. I'm wanting to make some money, that's it. Thanks.

I would change the theme to blue color or its variation (eg light blue).
As I see that there isn't much site with a red color theme.
Just from the end user's point of view only.

Hope a little help but I am not a great expert.

At a glance, I'd say everything.

You bought a domain with no content on it that meta refreshes to a site on a free host? Ok there's your first problem.

The rest of your problems include the fact that your actual site has almost no content, is littered with ads, tons of affiliate links, red links on a red background, poor anchor text, unrelated content (concerts attended? wtf?), totally non-seo code, broken image sources, zero targeting, nonsensical banners (what does "ebay childrens place target nintendo sony" mean)...

Your website doesn't look that great, you need to sign up for paid hosting and use your domain name instead of redirecting your domain name to a free hosting website. This way your domain name can get in search engines. Instead of saving people's money, it looks like you're trying to take their money. Add content, give them a reason to sign up.

Don't use free templates, the red background with white text is really bright and hurts my eyes. It immediately makes me want to close the window. Use more user friendly colors. Make your own template.

I agree with what the others have said... You have to Revamp your site.

Start working on it before doing any other thing, if your site looks unprofessional people are not going to pay attention to you.
