Your adsense ads could be blended better. For the ad block on the left side navigation bar, I would: remove the "Sponsored Links" text, change the "Top Members" and "Newest Members" text to match the font of the "Ads by Google" link (underlined and all even though they aren't links), then increase the font size of all the links in the navigation bar to be the same size as the links in the google block, and finally indent then by 3 or 4 pixels to match the indentation of the links in the google block.
Similarly, for the adsense block in the center of the homagepage, just above the "Latest Forum Posts" heading, I would: change the background from white to the background of your page, change the border to that color also (so no border shows up), and possibly move it higher on the page. (Would increase CTR but you may want to be avoiding ads above the fold on the homepage for some reason, I dunno).
Basically make the ads look like they're part of whatever content they're nearby to. And the higher up on the page you can get them the higher CTR you'll get and the more money you'll make, although of course you have to balance that with not making the site TOO filled with ads which can be a turnoff to users. It's a delicate balance to strike the and the right point is different for every site, but every improvement to make your ads more visible will increase your monetary return ($$$).
