1. failure to organise little details
2. Lack of strong vision, purpose and drive
3.Lack of experience
4.Poor location
5.Robbing God by Not paying your tithe
6 Personal use of business fund
.7 Offering wrong product or service
8. Not getting proper training on product or service intended. Attend seminars/workshops and read
good books to improve your knowledge and skills.
9. Get rich quick mentality
10. No marketing budget. If people don't know about your product, you biz will fail
11. Single product line. When you offer just one product, tendency is that you will fail (Ask the
multinationals or successful businesses and they will tell you that they have at least 2 products).
12. No inspiration from the Holy Book - The Bible.
13 By not being commited.
14 Laziness can also contiribute
15 By ignoring enough research on intended service or product.

This could be a good thread if people take it seriously.

I started a small neckwear company that never quite made it. Reasons for failure I think were...

1. small product line
2. lack of catalogue-quality pictures
3. pricing errors

I'd be interested to see other's lists..
