It all depends of what the user uses to block the ads.
But the generic answer is: no, you can not prevent it.
Tools like adblock plus works on keywords, source and common pattern to block everything. And they even are distributed and remotely synchronized !
Css, Javascript, Iframes... They can strip out anything they think to be related to advertising.
So, not much luck for you. Even if 1 site manage to get through, it's a matter of time before it goes noticed an included in the updates.
