It is rare for me to click an ad on someones site. But, when I do come across a site with an ad that interests me, I click on it to check out the site. I also don't help friends when they ask, nor do I ask for clicks my self. I never wanted to take a chance of getting thrown out.

How on earth is it wrong? how on earth is it click fraud?? If i guy that knows you clicks the ad etc, its not wrong. Its not against any TOS on most, if not all advertisers etc. You cant say "its pretty much the def on click fraud" when its pretty well not :P

Rob you may want to read more about how AdWords/AdSense works. Clicking on ads just so the publisher makes money is absolutely the definition of click fraud. Check out Google's TOS. It has nothing to do with the TOS of a particular advertiser of publisher.
When Google determines people are clicking the ads on one site just so that site makes money, the account in question is usually quickly banned from the program. It's their program and they call it click fraud. And since it's their program they get to set the definition.
