This is a difficult question as far as which forum to put it in, and even what to ask.
Consider the typical web agency: they usually have a collection of talent: designers, developers, sys-admins who all work together building sites for CLIENTS.
I read through these forums and it seems like mostly individual "lone cowboys".
Do any "partnerships" consisting of a handful of diverse talents (like an agency) exist as a private partnership that build money-making websites - not for clients - but for themselves, for their own profit?
(and what would be the proper terminology for all this?)
