Mainstream alternatives to adsense?

I need some alternatives. My second traffic boom is coming and google put me in their untermenschen list. I have my own quality income machines, via affiliate networks, but there MUST be an alternative to adsense that is roughly the same?

Obviously USA-Europe is my main concern, but if I could find one that dealt with china, I know there's a lot of big money there.

Anyone know anything about this?

adMarketplace.com is great alternative to adsense. With 350 million queries per day, they have competitive volume and some of the best click fraud tools out there.

cheers, I've applied there
Kontera, Infolinks and Chitika have also had applications from me, most have approved me, but one wants me to explain why my email and domain don't match - very nosy. Never mind, I sent them their explanation and if they really insist i can always make one.

which of these people do you think will end up paying most? or does it vary a lot by category of content?

Widgetbucks was the first i tried but they are exclusively USA and that excludes my domains and at least 60% of my market

Is anyone familiar with adbrite? I'm wondering about some of the processes involved. It's looking like a very good alternative to adsense, from what I've seen so far. But I just "rejected" lots of ads and now am waiting for the changes to come about. For some reason it has temporarily stopped showing ads altogether, even though I have approved at least 20% of the ads they were showing on that page before.

What I'm wondering, as all newby people do on any tech object, is how long it'll take for my ads to start up again? Or should they have done so. Has my string of rejections left my pages ad-bare? I feel it probably can't be the latter, since I did, as I say, leave a good number of them approved - the ones that were truly relevant to my content (the ones i deleted were all irrelevant to my users, i felt).

i filled the form for admarketplace but don't appear to have got a reply. is ignoring you their standard rejection policy or will I get something in the fullness of time do you reckon?

Yahoo Publisher Network is similar in payout to AdSense, typically they have a lower CTR and a higher CPC.
