I have a new blog, which I want to monetize. Right now I'm using Adsense, but I would also like to find advertisers for my 3 planned 125x125 banner spaces.
Where can I get advertisers? How do you usually find them?
I'm writing about Software Development and other tech topics, btw.

go to commission junction asap. There's tonnes of 125x125 ads there, and LOOOADS of products ideal to sell to software developers and readers of that material.
