Create a blog about the product you know well than write about it and then put affiliate links in the blog to sell the product.....

A lots of way in front of yours. Why don't you start a blog and post useful content and do some SEO on it. Use adsense on your blog.
I think its not so harder to earn $10+/day from your site. A lot of people earning like that...

I do it. Just write up an ebook about a very unique thing people want to learn about. Then make a webpage about it and sell it online. I've written a few ebooks for the exact same goal you want to achieve. I wanted to make $50 a month initially. That idea helped me make $600 a month just from one ebook. So, yeah it's absolutely possible. The hardest part you're going to have is just DOING it.

I would suggest you to create a blog website for this purpose and drive traffic to it. And once you have some traffic to it, look for ways to monetize it

yes exactly what i have done.

1. Create a blog from any free blog host like blogspot or wordpress. Blogspot is the best.
2. Do basic SEO, that is popularize your blog through posting your blog in various social networking site, bookmarking site, forums etc.
3. When some traffic is started generating then join an affiliate program like what i have joined is referforex.com. Sign up is free. Only condition is that you have to have a site of blog of your own.
4. Promote your affiliate links there. If anyone sign up through your links, will make you earn commission.
5. Earning would depend on the traffic to your site. Therefore regular work on SEO and make your blog popular as much as you can.

Also dont forget to update your blogs regularly. Rest things would follow.
