Google adsense is good for making online money but if you want to switch than you can go for link building. Just check out payperclick. It is good and reliable.

Not necessarily. For a lot of sites, affiliate programs are much more effective. It depends on what your niche is and everything.

Try to get into the Yahoo publisher program if you still want to stick with PPC. If not, try CPM or affiliate offers.

From my own experiences AdSense is the best PPC program there is. My website I use AdSense on has a not so popular niche and only AdSense has relevent adverts.

You can try affiliating if your site/blog is enjoying high traffic and CTR or you can try other ads like adbrite if you dont like adsense

I'm more on getting earnings in affiliate programs.

All you need to do is promote your handled links till you get a good clicks with it.

Also be aware you don't need ads to be clicked if they recieve enough traffic that'll bring the money in.

you have to submit your site for approval
it works on bids advertisers place bids to compete for your ad space some webmasters are doing very well there indeed
