i have used only Adbrite...it was paying me some $3 per ECPM

For every site I think it's different, it depends from many things how much site can earn on some ad company, for sure adbrite is most popular from this 5

I agree that you chose infolinks as first place.compare to kontera and other infolink give the cleanest feature for my reader and so that make them tends to click.
