Hey everyone,

I own ActionUpload.com, right now the site is still pretty new and I am more concerned with getting a traffic flow to it then I am throwing some random banners up. Currently get about 40-50 randoms a day popping in, but we just launched and I haven't done any advertising (yet). (Moving to a much faster server soon).

Anyhow.

Take a look, http://www.actionupload.com

Its a clean, simple look. I don't want to take much away from that. What are your thoughts on banner placement and sizes?

I probably won't implement it until after I switch servers and buy some ad space on a particular forum, but its nice to know the plan ahead of time.

EDIT: Ok, so I put some adsense text links below the upload button because it blends in. Not that I expect to yield anything from that yet (unless you're a clicker). Anymore ideas?

love the website and the clean design
the competition is too big for your chosen niche.... try implementing something new into your image hosting website maybe you'll break through!

Well I am marketing it specifically to Action Sports forums, really.

The design before was more, I dont know... "Extreme", haha. I ride BMX and have for years, I post a lot on BMX forums and what-have-you. A lot of people wanted a quick, easy, non-hassle free way to upload their images. This is what I delivered.

I don't expect to make much of anything off of it, money wise. But its one of five sites I own all using the same adsense account, so it'll contribute a little.

Hi,

What about implementing Premium SMS services? It might help monetizing your website - just an idea
