I have a site that had two layers the normal index.php and my test site in the a folder www/ as it a site that i did a long time ago and lost the will to carry on with it as i had my proxy network work to work on ,
But last week i was check the stats on all my sites and found that was getting 300 plus a day to the site in the www folder for some strange reason and only 100 ish to the main site. so i though ill redirect all traffic to the front page, then i deleted the folder and made anew one useing the same name and made a few 404 400 500 403 error logs files here look here http://www.vpgm.com/www/ and this was a simple job but in 3 days i have hit from this page alone about 14.00 made in my adsense . Now i may just get rid of the hole site and do the same for the public folder as main site is very slow opening up.
SO i know i may not be the first to think of doing this but thought ill share my MONETIZATION that seams to work LET me know what you think and is this a normal think webmasters do and i am just very slow to act on this unforsean money making error pages |
