Ok My site has started to get some hits and I would like to make some money but can someone suggest me what are site which are good for a new web site. like google ad-sense.

Yes. You should compliment the programs to the goals or the background of your site in order for it to work well.

As a suggestion I would start with adsense. They tend to be the best all around when you're just starting out.

You should try AdSense at http://www.google.com/adsense

It works for me. Trouble is, the horror stories in the Disabled Accounts section at http://www.google.com/support/forum/...b67e2667&hl=en

That's why I'm looking for an alternative, just in case that happens to me, even though it is unlikely because I work by the rules.

Yeah I hear about those issues with adsense. That is why I stopped using them.

Use google adsense and sign up for comission junction. With comission junction, create a smart zone with a bunch of different products and let it run through different offers.

If your site is webmaster related then you may work with bidvertiser to make money from it.You also may join some affiliate programs to make money from your site.

Commission Junction is good. If you don't have absolutely a massive amount of traffic, I'd forget adsense. One CPA sale will make you more than a couple of weeks of adsense pennies...

If you're just starting out then I'd suggest adbrite.
I've always made more with adbrite than i did with adsense.
