I am regurlary working on site for getting traffic or Good Pr. But there is no results. Dont know why?

When you say 'no results' what do you mean? Low rankings in the search engines, low traffic, low conversions ... etc?

If this is about your SEO site you are doing a number of things wrong

Using Frontpage
Table Based Layout
Generic Page Titles
Misplacement of Navigation

Just a few things to consider, although I suppose being a "Search Engine Optimisation Specialist" you are using a special strategy of some sort...

Your site is listed, but you are trying to get ranked for a very competitive phrase one in which onsite SEO won't be enough, you will have to get quality inbound links from other sites as well. Have you thought about targeting a lesser phrase such as SEO in Pakistan??

Other than trading in a lot of reciprocal links what exactly have you done to bring traffic to your site. You really haven't even done the most basic on-page optimization.

My suggestion would be to spend some time reading up on the basics of seo. There's a lot of info here and at plenty of other forums and blogs. Learn and understand the basics first.

Jamie hit on most of what's wrong with your site, but there's one even bigger issue with it:

WHY?

As in...why would anyone use your services over the other millions of SEO companies out there?
Why do you stand out from others?
Why should anyone believe you can get them search engine traffic (not ranking...there's a difference)?

You answer none of these questions. All you do is talk about why people should optimize their sites for search engines. People looking at your site area already going to know that.

Mind you, you're also asking the same types of questions under a different nickname and website (another significant issue) so none of this comes as a big surprise.
