If i make all urls looking like this for each keyword will it increase my SERP?

That might improve your SERP, but remember that on site optimization, sitemaps and incoming links are also very important, and probably far more than this.

I understand it is difficult for poker and gambling sites to rank well since there is such a lot of competition, but I think some advice which is very important is to optimize your site for visitors, not for search engines - this way your visitors will have a good experience and will recommend you to other people.

Providing quality unique content is always important, although I'm not sure how easy this will be when many poker/gambling sites are all fairly similar.

No, it won't.

Think of your site in terms of the big picture for users, and you'll understand what helps in terms of search engine ranking. That won't make sense until you do it, so I won't explain it any further.

I'm more likely to try a web site if a friend recommended it, than if a search engine did.

It would help your visitors understand what that page is all about. But interms of Google, I doubt it will help alot seeing that your keywords will certainly be very competitive.
