After i submit a sitemap in google webmaster tools, my main page don't indexed in 9 days, before this it was indexed in every 3-4 days. But 2 minor pages was indexed.
I set crawl rate to Fast and also after verification remove metatag from main page. Can it be the reason?

What you're likely finding is that you're not getting enough quality links to your site. Sites are generally crawled much more quickly and often when they're linked to from legitimate sources.
